GSR’s meet at least once a year, with the other GSR’s in their Area to discuss items to be voted on for the annual conference. Each Area sends a GSR to represent them at the meeting. Each meeting should have a registered a primary and alternate GSR with the ISO. The bay area has 3 Areas (South Bay, SF/Marin and East Bay). That means the bay area will be represented by 3 GSRs.

The general information required for the ISO office form is: Group Code (can be provided by the ISO Office), Group Name, Meeting Day/Time, Meeting Street Address, Meeting City/State/ZIP, GSR name, GSR contact information, Alternate GSR name & information.
