Bay Area SAA Intergroup

Outreach

Library Project

We have set a goal to distribute the SAA Basic Text to all our local libraries. We have distributed 60 books so far to Bay Area libraries. Four Bay Area counties are either done or almost done: San Francisco, Marin, Alameda and Contra Costa. We have reached about 35% of our goal, so your contributions and contributions from your meetings are still needed.

Send us an email if you have any questions or if you would like to volunteer.

Elect Group Service Representatives (GSR) For Your Meeting

What is a GSR? GSR’s meet at least once a year, with the other GSR’s in their Area to discuss items to be voted on for the annual conference. Each Area sends a GSR to represent them at the meeting. Each meeting should have a registered a primary and alternate GSR with the ISO. The bay area has 3 Areas (South Bay, SF/Marin and East Bay). That means the bay area will be represented by 3 GSRs.
